Zur Kurz- und Langzeit- Vermietung stehen zur Verfügung:

- 2 Rundbungalows (Schlaf-Wohnraum à 38 m² mit Duschbad mit kaltem fließendem Wasser)
- 1 Rundbungalow (41 m² mit getrenntem Schlaf- und Wohnraum sowie Küchenzeile mit Gasherd und Duschbad mit warmem fließendem Wasser)
für 4 Personen
- 1 Ferienhaus (80 m² mit 2 Schlafräumen, Wohn- Essraum mit großer Küchenzeile und Duschbad mit warmem fließendem Wasser).
Die Unterkünfte sind möbliert (Doppelbett, Schrank, Kommode, Stühle, Tisch) und mit TV und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Für die Eigenversorgung sind Kühlschrank, Gasherd bzw. Mikrowelle, Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf zeigen wir Ihnen, wie man bei kaltem fließendem Duschbad wasser- und energiesparend auch „traditionell“ warm duschen kann.
Für größere Kochkünste steht unsere Gemeinschaftsaußenküche mit Gasherd, Backofen, Holzkohlegrill, Töpfen/Pfannen, Spüle und verschiedenen Arbeitsflächen jedem Gast zur Verfügung.
Der Übernachtungspreis (ab 38€/Nacht ) versteht sich ausschließlich Bewirtung, einschließlich Wasserverbrauch und Endreinigung sowie auf Wunsch mit Grundausstattung für Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bei Anreise. Der Strom kann nach Verbrauch berechnet werden - jede Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Stromzähler.
Anreise ab Flughafen Abidjan mit dem Taxi in ca. 45 min (zur Orientierung bei google maps "Lionsrest Asséoufoué" eingeben)

The following are available for short-term and long-term rental:

- 2 round bungalows (bedroom-living room à 38 m² with shower room with cold running water)
- 1 round bungalow (41 m² with separate bedroom and living room as well as kitchenette with gas stove and shower room with warm running water)
for 4 people
- 1 vacation home (80 m² with 2 bedrooms, living room with big kitchenette and shower room with warm running water).
The accommodations are furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs, table) and equipped with TV and air conditioning. For self-catering, fridge,gas cooker or microwave, crockery/cutlery are available.
If necessary, we will show you how to take a "traditional" warm shower in a cold flowing shower room in a water- and energy-saving way.
For greater cooking skills, our communal outdoor kitchen with gas stove, oven, charcoal grill, pots / pans, sink and more usable work or cooking space is available to every guest.
The overnight price (from 38€/night) is exclusive of restaurant service, including water use and final cleaning. On demand we offer basic bed linen and towels upon arrival. The electricity can be calculated by consumption – every property has an electric meter.
The transfer from the airport Abidjan by taxi takes 45 min (for orientation use google maps "Lionsrest Asséoufoué").

- 1 bungalow rond (41 m² avec chambre et salon séparés ainsi que kitchenette avec cuisinière à gaz et salle de douche avec eau courante chaude)

- 1 maison de vacances (80 m² avec 2 chambres, salle de séjour avec grand coin cuisine et salle d'eau avec eau courante chaude).
Les logements sont meublés (lit double, armoire, commode, chaises, table) et équipés de TV et de la climatisation. Pour cuisiner, réfrigérateur, cuisinière à gaz ou micro-ondes, vaisselle / couverts sont disponibles.
Si nécessaire, nous vous montrerons comment prendre une douche chaude « traditionnelle » dans une salle de douche froide de manière économe en eau et en énergie.
Pour de plus grandes compétences culinaires, notre cuisine extérieure commune avec cuisinière à gaz, four, barbecue au charbon de bois, casseroles / poêles, évier et diverses surfaces de travail est disponible pour chaque invité et colocataire.
Le prix à la nuit (à partir de 38€/nuit) est hors service du restaurant, y compris consommation d´eau et le nettoyage final. Sur demande vous recevez les draps et les serviettes de base à l'arrivée. L'électricité peut être calculer par consommation – chaque logement a un compteur de courant.
