LIONSREST is located at the entering of the fishing village Mondoukou, 10 km in the east from Grand Bassam. It is the ideal place for relaxing, dreaming, recharging one´s batteries or observing tropical birds.
Grand Bassam, as the older colonial capital, is the metropole for touristic and crafts. There are many restaurants, bars, galleries and craft markets to visit - beside the town and farmer´s market.
The city center of Abidjan, the economic capital, is 50 km located from LIONSREST.
For nature lover Ivory Coast offers all African habitats from tropical rain forest in the South to savannah in the North: amongst others the Tai- and the Comoé-National Park, the Réserve de Faune or the Parc animalier d`Abokouamékro.
